The beds were comfortable and the spacious bathroom provided a pleasant start to the day. However, the breakfast lacked variety with some items often missing, and there were frequent delays with the pancakes. The absence of an outdoor sitting area and limited staff assistance diminished the overall experience.

Had an awesome time! The breakfast 🥞 was the highlight, especially the fresh bagels and waffles. I did feel a bit anxious about the luggage storage not being secure. But overall, great stay!

So I was solo for a night and honestly, the receptionists were super friendly, especially MacKenzie and Jeny! But the whole no fridge/microwave thing? Major bummer. Ended up waiting ages for help with a toilet issue too. I guess location is nice with a train nearby, but for the price, I expected way more.

I recently stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed the cozy room and comfortable beds. The pool and fitness center were great spots to relax after a busy day. The only downside was the breakfast options were a bit basic, but overall, I had a wonderful time here! 😊

Had an awesome group trip! We caught a Brooklyn Cyclones game and visited the New York Aquarium, both super fun. The location was perfect, with comfy rooms and a decent breakfast spread. Just a heads up, the breakfast can run low on busy days, so try to get there early!

One downside was that housekeeping only came by once during our stay, so we ran out of toiletries.

However, some areas could use updates, as the rooms appear a bit dated, and the valet parking fee feels steep despite the lack of other options nearby.
